  1. Acceptance of a paper in the main conference tracks implies that:
    • (at least) one of the paper's authors must register no later than July 31, 2018;
    • (at least) one of the paper's authors must attend and present the paper at the conference.
    This rule applies for long papers, short papers, showpieces, and posters.

  2. Acceptance of a paper in the affiliated events implies that:
    • (at least) one of the paper's authors must register no later than August 31, 2018;
    • (at least) one of the paper's authors must attend and present the paper at the conference.
    This rule applies for workshop papers and graduate consortium.

  3. Failure to register before the early-bird deadline or to attend the conference to present a paper will result in its removal from the conference program and proceedings.

  4. We strongly suggest that each paper has (at least) one associated registered author (even if the same author may have more than one paper accepted). This is not mandatory, but important to maintain the high quality standard of the conference.
